You can rent our space for your own private party or even a corporate event.  Plus, if you’re a non-profit, we can offer special rates.  What about a product launch?  Your next team building event?  A poetry reading with musical interludes?

Do you want a private screening of a movie or perhaps you have a lecture to give, or even just a fun space to have your monthly board or organizational meeting?  Rent the space for your live podcast or record it here with a live audience?  Maybe you want to have a comedian do a set for you – or perhaps have a rapid fire and suitably embarrassing comedy lesson for your friends on your birthday?  All is possible.  Well, probably most things.

We offer rates by the hour during the day and for a whole evening.

We have licenses for live and streaming music, lights, stage, projector and probably everything you’ll need for any entertainment that you would wish to plan for.

We have a full bar licensed from midday until midnight, and we can find all sorts of flexible catering options for you.

Little extras like offering unlimited coffee and soda for a small fee per person, and because servers and bar staff are included in the rates (no tips required – we pay living wages to our staff) mean it is simple to budget and plan.

Our capacity is 165 (theatre style) and 90 (table seating). Rates start from daytimes @ $300 per hour to evenings from $3000 (plus cleaning fees).
